Work includes exterior lighting, site signage and other miscellaneous site improvements. The access gates include the addition of card reader and Ai Phones. The interior works consists of the construction of a Security Vestibule at the main entrance of the school in 1100 Wing as indicated on the drawings. Work includes removal of VCT flooring, wall base, hollow metal storefronts, acoustical tile ceilings, painting and associated mechanical and electrical demolition. Provide VCT flooring, wall base, fire rated hollow metal storefronts and doors, fire rated partitions, acoustical ceilings and associated mechanical and electrical work including the door access control system.
