The City will not hold a Pre-Proposal Conference . It is the responsibility of the Proposer to ensure all pages are included in the submission. All Proposers are advised to closely examine the solicitation package. The Scope of Work requires the furnishing of all services and other deliverables necessary for the successful completion of the proposed project. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials required under this scope. The Scope of Work includes Installation of curbs, sidewalks, shared use paths, accessibility improvements, drainage, swales, pedestrian lighting, signage, pavement rehabilitation, pavement markings and landscaping under the FDOT LAP program; per the construction documents. Questions and Answers: The City provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted Electronically by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The City will respond to all questions Electronically . The City of Delray Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax. The City of Delray Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City. The Vendor must possess Florida State General Contractor's license or current certificate of competency issued by Palm Beach County Examining Board having jurisdiction over licensing of Contractors in the type of work involved in this contract.
