Bid Contact Nicholas Gronski (307) 777-4106 nicholas.gronski2@wyo.gov 5300 Bishop Blvd Cheyenne , WY 82009-3340 WY DOT - Chiller Removal and Replacement at the Materials Lab Each proposal MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PROPOSAL GUARANTY IN THE AMOUNT OF 10% OF THE TOTAL BID The successful bidder must within 20 calendar days after notification of the award, deliver to the Department a Contractor's Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid, as security for the faithful performance of the contract completed by March 31, 2024 Demolition - The work includes disconnecting all controls and electrical power connections, removal, reclaim and dispose existing R22 refrigerant, draining and capture of existing propylene glycol/water mixture, disconnection of chilled water piping from the chiller, and removal of the existing chiller and all scrap materials for proper disposal and recycling.
