Scope of Work: Scope of Work: The SW Reservoir Drive Improvements include the installation or replacement of pavement, curb, sidewalk, waterline, storm collection, and sewer line between SW 39th Street and Helmholtz Avenue on Reservoir Drive/Wickiup Avenue. There are additional miscellaneous storm water improvement projects between SW 32nd Street and SW 43rd Street. Completion: The project is to be started by September 14, 2023, and completed by October 1, 2024. Enclose a bidder s bond, certified check (or cashier s) check made payable to the Owner in an amount equal to 5% of the total bid. Additional miscellaneous stormwater improvement projects exist between SW 32 nd Street and SW 43 rd Street. The City estimates the cost of improvements at $6,000,000 It is the intention of the City to award the Project at the August 22, 2023, City Council meeting. a performance bond in a sum equal to the Contract Price, and a separate payment bond also in a sum equal to the Contract Price. No Pre-bid meeting is proposed.
