The City of Covington will consider the competency and responsibility of bidders in making the award. City of Covington reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and technicalities, to reject portions of the bids and to award contracts in a manner consistent with the City and laws governing the State of Georgia. Vendors are invited to submit a bid to furnish all labor, material and equipment for the Stormwater Rehabilitation Project #2023-21. This project consists of removal and replacement of existing stormwater pipe and structures, as well as installing new pipe and structures in the rehabilitation of failing and dilapidated stormwater infrastructure, in four (4) locations within the City of Covington. The location and scope of each project is defined in the attached document Exhibit A. The contractor will also be responsible for traffic control, erosion control and proper disposal of any environmentally sensitive waste materials as well as any fees associated for water usage for the City of Covington. The City of Covington reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
