C-1 SCOPE OF CONTRACT The intent of this project is to provide and install site improvements to prepare the site for connecting a recreation vehicle (RV) or other small structure on wheels. Contractors will be required to extend the existing water, septic, and electrical utilities, along with other minor site work. Work shall include all incidental equipment, materials, and labor to yield a complete installation that is ready to connect to an RV. Coordinate work with Tillamook People's Utility District (TPUD) to extend a new 200-amp service underground to the south side of the concrete RV pad. The cost of TPUD supplied equipment and labor shall be included in this Contract. C-2 PROJECT LOCATION The project site is located within the gated work center in the SLRA, just to the south of the West Winds parking lot.
