Background. Project is necessary to update and replace two Chillers and associated equipment that are located in Building 136 at the Lyons Campus. The existing chillers are both past their useful life expectancy. 3. Scope. This project will remove and replace 2 existing chillers, 5 existing pumps and 4 existing exhaust fans at the Lyons VAMC central chiller plant.
