The Project Includes the Following Work: Convert Taxiway a to a Temporary Runway; Widen Runway 10-28 to 150 Feet Wide, Place an Overlay on the Existing Runway 10-28, Construct New Geometry on Taxiway A1, Place an Overlay on the Existing Taxiway A1 and Taxiway a Between Taxiways A1 and A2, Construct Paved Shoulders on Taxiway A1 and Taxiway a Between Taxiways A1 and A2; Construct Two New Exit Taxiways, Construct New Geometry on Taxiway A5; Remove, Store, and Install Runway Lights in New Locations; Remove, Store, and Install Precision Approach Path Indicator (Papi) and Runway End Identifier Lights (Reil) in New Locations; Provide and Install New Papi's on Runway 28 End; Remove, Store, and Install Taxiway Lights in New Locations; Other Airfield Electrical Items; Crack Fill and Seal Coat Taxiway a; Convert the Temporary Runway Back to a Taxiway. There is a Base Bid and Two Additive Alternatives.
