Platte ill Fire District, with a building located at 262 Forest Road. Wallkill, NY 12589 is looking to receive bids on removing and repairing of asphalt paving. Bids must be firm for one hundred sixty (60) days. If any person contemplating submitting a bid for the proposed contract is in doubt as to the true meaning of specifications or other issues, he may submit to the Platteville Fire District a written request for interpretation or correction thereof. Requests to be given consideration must be received at least three (3) days prior to the Bid Date. The person submitting the request will be responsible for its prompt delivery. Any interpretation of the proposed document will be made by Addendum only, duly issued, and a copy will be mailed or delivered to each person receiving a set of documents not later than 48 hours prior to Bid Date. Platteville Fire District will not be responsible for any other explanation or interpretation of the proposed document. All Bids Must Be Submitted With an Affirmed Non-collusive Bidding Certification or Will Not Be Considered for Award All Bids Must Be Submitted With an Affirmed Sexual Harassment Policy and Training Certification or Will Not Be Considered for Award Project Summary 1. Items to be installed & provided: Removal and repaving of asphalt at Platte ill Fire District's firehouse (station 2) located at 262 Forest Road. Wallkill, NY 12589. 2. Condition: New Only 3. Maximum Purchase/Installation Price: None 4. Date of Completion: Must be complete to be determined. 5. Minimum Specifications: Must meet all requirements for such items as required in bid documents and as required by all federal, New York State, Ulster County and town. Bidder will be required to pay late fees for each calendar day after the agreed upon completion date, for which the project is not fully completed in the amount of $50.00
