The project scope entails the detailed design and implementation of the items identified for short-term replacement. The upgrades may include but are not limited to: Kitchen equipment upgrades; Ventilation and exhaust upgrades for various functions; Damaged finishes remediation such as ceiling tiles, wall paint, floor tiles; Seismic restraint of racking; Plumbing upgrades including installation of backflow preventers; Electrical upgrades including modernizing distribution panels and infrastructure, and lighting/controls, Fire alarm upgrades; Upgrade the electrical panels feeding various kitchen equipment; Replace the non-compliant lighting fixtures with adequate ones; Replace the data outlets inside the kitchen with waterproof type ones; Associated Architectural; Electrical; Mechanical, and structural upgrades to the existing system(s) to suite the upgrades intent as per all applicable standards, codes, and regulations. TIMELINE: Request for Proposal to provide consultant services to undertake the services described in Appendix 'A' to this RFP (the "Services") with respect to the Project described in Appendix 'A' (the "Project") has closed and a preferred proponent has yet to be identified. Further update in early fall 2023, pending selection of a preferred proponent .
