Anyone wishing to discuss specific items is requested to submit the items in writing to Capital Construction Procurement, no later than 07/17/2023 at 1:00 PM Lexington, KYTime. Written questions can be submitted by Ken Scott . Responses to Written Questions received no later than 07/17/2023 will be provided in an addendum issued on or about 07/21/2023. Final award of Contract will be made based on the lowest, responsive and responsible bid which offers the best value. The University of Kentucky, Construction Procurement Section, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all formalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the University may be served. The time for substantial completion for all phases shall be Sixty (60) consecutive calendar days and Final Completion shall be Thirty (30) consecutive calendar days thereafter. Substantial Completion will include all site restoration completed, site clean-up and fully functional.
