The following Alternates are requested. They must be listed on the bidder's proposal sheet as separate items apart from the base bids. ALTERNATE #1: (DEDUCT) Provide new fully adhered EPDM single ply roof in lieu of flat seam copper roof on minimal slope areas of the existing roof. ALTERNATE #2: (DEDUCT) Provide new synthetic slate shingle system and details in lieu of standing seam copper roof on the gable roof sections of the existing roof.
