Contractor shall provide and install a new emergency generator, ATS, Hydralink Monitoring system and supplementary equipment per the attached engineered drawings and specifications; to include but not limited to concrete slab, trenches, removal, relocation, or replacement of equipment. The contractor must restore all site conditions; to include but not limited to sprinkler lines, concrete, pavers, stucco, grass, curbing etc. Contractor to remove and dispose of existing hedges. This project is funded through Federal Grants and therefore is subject to the Davis Bacon Act. Contractor to provide 6'ft tall Clusia hedges around generator to conceal per plan. Contractor to provide and install new bollard per plans. It is the contractor's responsibility to relocate electrical lines and sprinkler lines if encounter. Contractors may be required to remove or relocate trees. Due to the extensive lead time for generators, contractor must order generator within 30 days after award. The contractor must provide the city documentation of such order, from the manufacturer. The contractor is responsible for verifying all field measurements and conditions. All equipment must be installed as per all governing code requirements.
