Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 Prime Contractor responsibilities. .2 Project management and coordination. .3 Safeguarding of Work areas. .4 Environmental requirements. .5 Removal and disposal to approved disposal sites of hazardous materials identified in the documents and encountered during the course of the Work. .6 Location, disconnection and capping of utilities. .7 Septic Tank: location, disconnection, removal, disposal to approved disposal site, and backfill. .8 Fire hydrants: disconnection, thrust block installation, removal, disposal to approved disposal site, and backfill. .9 Meter vault: removal, disposal to approved disposal site, and backfill of the meter vault. New water connection. .10 Pod building: removal and disposal to approved disposal site of the complete structure, foundation, floors, roof, walls, mechanical, electrical, lighting, communications, all debris inside and adjacent to the work site and backfill. .11 Entrance sign and light: removal, disposal to approved disposal site and backfill. Temporary sign to be returned to Alberta Parks Representative. Light standard to remain. If power service is connected to entry feature light, disconnect and connect the power service to the light standard to the north. .12 Benches and picnic tables: removal and disposal to approved disposal site. Retain and protect pad. .13 Signs and flag poles: removal, disposal to approved disposal site and backfill. Above ground interpretive sign infrastructure to be returned to Alberta Parks Representative. .14 Site restoration, topsoil and seed. .15 Miscellaneous and related works.
