Reference Number 0000323868 The Work will be performed on Arterial, Dear Creek Canyon Rd in unincorporated Jefferson County. Positive interaction with the public will be vital to the project, as questions or concerns arising from the Work are answered in the field. Work may be exposed to varying geographical and weather environments. This project is funded by a grant provided to the County under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). Because of the federal funding, the Contractor should be familiar with the Office of Management and Budget Guidance for Grants and Agreements (Uniform Guidance), 2 CFR 200, et. seq. As a federally funded project, the Contractor must take all necessary affirmative steps to assure that qualified minority businesses, womens businesses, and disadvantaged businesses are engaged as partners or sub-consultants on this project. Additionally, the County will take any and all steps to ensure that the Contractor conforms with and reports its project milestones in compliance with the terms and requirements of ARPA and the Uniform Guidance.
