This solicitation is for a public works project which is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. All bidders are required to consult the BOLI publication for Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Work Contracts in Oregon Subject to State PWR Law and all subsequent amendments. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid price.
