Mesa County is seeking bids from contractors to perform parking lot repair work as described below. 4.2.1. Contractor must schedule the completion of each lot with the Countys Project Manager. 4.2.2. Contractor will cone off each lot while each lot work is being performed in. 4.2.3. Contractors will clean each lot using an air compressor air lance. All debris within any crack will be blown out. All debris blown from the lots will be cleaned up by the Contractor and properly disposed of. 4.2.4. Contractor will have all cracks filled and scraped with a shoe to assure a smooth application with the existing lot. 4.2.5. Contractor shall apply two (2) coats of seal coat. Seal coat product will have 2 pounds of sand added for each gallon of seal coat product. 4.2.6. Contractor, once seal coat is cured, will have the lot restriped prior to open the lot. 4.2.7. Contractor shall submit product data information for both seal coat and crack fill with their bid form Reference Number 0000323911 Mesa County is requesting bids for general maintenance of various parking lots at various locations throughout the County. Maintenance includes crack fill, seal coat and restriping of each lot identified. This will be a one year contract with four options years. The parking lot locations will vary each year.
