**As of August 17 2023, the project was awarded to Affordable OutDoors, Homer MI for $160,069.50. The project has been completed August 1st 2023. The City of Bronson, MI seeks bids for the removal of twenty-two (22) stumps. The contractor shall supply all equipment, labor, and materials needed for the project. The City will handle removal of wood chips and restoration work. Additionally, the contractor shall barricade streets and sidewalks as needed when removing each stump. Work shall be completed no later than September 15, 2023. Clearly indicate in your quote the total price for all work contained in the above project; no fee in excess of this amount will be paid for the work described above. If the project is not completed by the above time and mutual agreement between the City and the contractor to extend the deadline is not made, one hundred dollars ($100) per week will be deducted from the final payment. Payment to the contractor will not be made in increments. Payment shall be made within 45 days of receipt of invoice and upon satisfactory completion of the job. Contractors must be licensed and carry a liability insurance policy. A copy of the policy must be submitted before starting the job.
