Chiller Replacement for Birch, Cedar & Ash Cottages Value: $100,000 to $250,000 The general project scope of work consists of the following: The building air conditioning needs are served by existing aged, air-cooled chiller and an indoor barrel. Provide new air-cooled chiller, remote evaporator, piping, equipment, electrical, and temperature controls. Construction progress meetings will be held at the project site at a minimum, every 30 days, (monthly) while construction is on-going unless otherwise directed by the project architect/engineer. Pre-Bid Conference Meeting is mandatory. A tour of the facility will be held at the same time of the Pre-Bid Conference Meeting. Each bid submitted in connection with this Project shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid, payable without condition to the State of Kansas. All contractors bidding as the prime bidder on this project must be pre-qualified with Office of Facilities and Property Management to bid this project *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
