Sand Blasting and Painting of the Flat Branch Bridge. July 19, 2023 Written responses to Requests for Additional Information sent to all CONTRACT PERIOD: Date of award through completion of project, not to exceed five (5) years. Offeror shall submit an original bid bond, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of offerors proposal including alternatives, to the Purchasing Division, prior to the bid closing date and time. Contractor shall furnish a performance bond and a labor and material payment bond, each for one hundred percent (100%) of the contact price. The city of Columbia reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received in response to this RFP, or to cancel the RFP if is in the best interest of the city of columbia to do so. City of Columbia Parks and recreation is seeking a contractor to provide materials, services and labor necessary for sandblasting , surface preparation and the painting of the bridge at flat branch park. Question Deadline 07/14/2023 at 5:00 PM CT Proposals may be submitted in a sealed envelope at the purchasing office or uploaded electronically on the City's E-bidding website. No fax or e-mail proposals will be accepted. Sealed proposals must be delivered to the Finance Department, Purchasing Division, 701 E. Broadway, 5th Floor, Columbia, MO 65201 by the closing date and time. Proposals received after the appointed time will be determined non-responsive and will not be opened.
