The project includes a Roofing Construction Contract to perform the work associated with the Health, Energy Efficiency, and Academics Capital Project, Phase 1A at the Hughes Elementary School, Myles Elementary School, and the Bus Garage for the New Hartford Central School District. Each Bidder must deposit, with his Bid, security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Attention of Bidders is particularly called to requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and attached wage rates schedule to be paid under this Contract. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within forty-five (45) days after the date set for the opening thereof. Sets can also be overnight delivered to Upstate New York locations for a non-refundable delivery and handling charge of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per set. All requests for sets to be delivered to locations outside of Upstate New York will incur an additional shipping charge based on the metering increase for those locations.
