Reference Number 0000250911 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/07/24 11:00:00 AM EDT The objective of the RFP is to award one (1) qualified construction manager to provide construction management services for the University's new School of Medicine. The objective of the project is to re-envision and repurpose the existing 220,000 SF building located at 150 Central Park Drive, Brampton; and to further expand its campus. Partial Occupancy for the School of Medicine must be achieved no later than June 2025 and the work for some elements may continue into 2025 / 2026 in order to achieve Substantial Performance no later than September 2026. The University intends to execute CCDC 5B - 2010, Contract for Construction Management Services, as amended by the University's Supplementary Conditions for the project. It is anticipated that the RFP will be posted on Merx within the next few weeks (currently aiming for mid July) with an anticipated award occurring on or before the beginning of September 2023. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
