Company Hancock Public Schools 2022 Bond Construction Projects Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by Hancock Public Schools, Superintendent's office, 501 Campus Drive, Hancock, MI 49930 on or before August 22, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. local time and publicly opened at that time. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with bid documents prepared by the Construction Manager, Gundlach Champion, Inc. and the Architect/Engineer, OHM Advisors. Bid Proposals will be received for the following Bid Packages: BID PACKAGE BID PACKAGE DESCRIPTION 32 1216 ASPHALT PAVING Bidders are required to bid the entire Bid Package using the Bid Proposal Form and attaching the Affidavit of Bidder and Affidavit of Compliance - Iran Economic Sanctions Act. A Bid Security shall accompany bid in the form of a bid bond or certified check for no less than five (5%) percent of the Bid Price. The Successful Bidders will be required to provide performance and payment bonds if the contract award is greater than $25,000. Bid Documents will be available on August 1, 2023.
