The Toho Water Authority is soliciting competitive bids from qualified and experienced Contractors for the purchase and retrofit of six (6) multi turn electric actuators with corresponding gear boxes at the Camelot WRF facility located at 5400 Camelot Country Way, Kissimmee, Florida 34746. The Toho Water Authority is soliciting competitive bids from qualified and experienced Contractors for the purchase and retrofit of six (6) multi turn electric actuators with corresponding gear boxes at the Camelot WRF facility. The Contractor is required to remove six (6) existing manual handwheel operators and provide the necessary labor to start up and evaluate equipment for proper measure up and installation. The Camelot WRF facility has six (6) existing actuators that have reached their life expectancy. Some of these automatic actuators have failed and are no longer functioning properly. These actuators are in various locations throughout the plant. The main purpose for the actuators to be able to divert the flow, in case of any unforeseen circumstances and after working hours, through SCADA system. A pre- bid visit is MANDATORY to ensure that the submitted bids will entail everything needed for proper and successful installation. Provide and retrofit six (6) electric actuators and corresponding gear boxes Remove six (6) existing actuators Remove existing mounting plates Install stainless steel mounting plates Mount plates between actuators and gate head rail Train plant personnel to maintain newly installed equipment Questions Due Date: Jul 21st 2023, 2:00 PM EDT
