The Contractor must provide all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals required to complete the tank inspection, non-destructive testing, maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation work authorized under this contract. Work on the tanks may include the interior only, exterior only, or both interior and exterior. Work may also include inspection only, repair only, or both inspection and repair. Specific repairs will be those requested by DWR, based on separate inspections and recommendation reports. Work on multiple tanks at a single site shall be performed in a single mobilization. The scope of each Work Authorization will be provided through a scope of work (SOW) issued by the Department of Water Resources. Upon receipt of the SOW, the Contractor will provide a Proposal to perform the work within the time requested by DWR. The Proposal shall include: a. A summary of the anticipated cost of the work using the unit prices, labor rates, and unit costs provided under this Contract. b. The names and contact information of the assigned project manager and superintendent. c. A mobilization date. d. A schedule of the work, including submittal dates and specifically durations when a tank will be out of service. e. A narrative description of the planned progression of the work. f.
