This is the solicitation for the Indian River Inlet Coastal Navigation Structure Repairs in DE. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Philadelphia District intends to award a firmed- fixed-price contract for the repair of a failed bulkhead on the north interior shoreline and conduct south jetty sand tightening. This project is located at the Indian River Inlet, in Sussex County, Delaware. This acquisition is a Full and Open Competition, Invitation for Bids (IFB). The award will be made as a whole to one responsible bidder in accordance FAR part 14 Procedures. The bid opening is currently scheduled for 24 August 2023 at 2:00 PM EDT.
