Notice is hereby given that Eastern Wyoming College will receive sealed bids for the CTEC Parking Lot Reconstruction project. The work is described in the plans and specifications and on the bid schedule, and consists of the following major quantities (approximately): Remove Concrete Pavement 1,352 SY Remove and Replace Curb & Gutter 181 LF Remove and Replace Sidewalk 308 SF Unclassified Excavation 1,589 CY Crushed Base, Grading W (4 ) 1,928 SY Concrete Pavement (6 ) 1,242 SY Remove and Reset Sod 2,102 SF The project also includes other minor items as listed on the bid schedule. Bids must be submitted on proposal forms provided in accordance with the contract documents. ...the contract shall be let to the responsible certified resident making the lowest bid if the certified resident s bid is not more than five percent (5%) higher than that of the lowest responsible nonresident bidder. (WY Statute 16-6- 102) Preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery, and provisions produced, manufactured, or grown in Wyoming, or supplied by a resident of the state, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside of the state. (WY Statute 16-6- 106). The sealed bids must be marked on the outside of the envelope CTEC Parking Lot Reconstruction. Eastern Wyoming College reserves the right to reject any or all bids or schedules, and to waive minor irregularities and formalities therein, and to award the contract in whole or in part in the best interest of the Owner. The Work will be substantially complete on or before October 20, 2023,
