Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for Lincoln Trail College New Storage Building shall be received at the office of the Owne. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or waive informality or errors in bidding, to award the contract to his interests, and to hold the bids for a period of thirty (30) days from the bid date. Performing a site visit is not a requirement of submitting a bid proposal, but it is the responsibility of the contractor to field verify measurements of the installation areas as well as to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary for the complete project.
