Replacement of service lines from the stop box to the meter will require access to private property and owner's consent. Estimated quantities shown on the Proposal are not guaranteed. The Board reserves the right to defer acceptance of any Proposal for a period not to exceed forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of receipt of Proposals. Des Moines Water Works is a registered political subdivision of the State of Iowa and, as such, is not required to pay sales tax for taxable services or tangible goods.
