The excavation and removal of existing sidewalk and installation of curb, curb ramps, pavement restoration, flashing beacon and school zone signals, pavement markings, topsoiling, seeding, and mulching. Each Bidder shall deposit with its Proposal a certified check, bank money order or Bid bond in the amount of not less than ten percent of the Total Bid as defined in the Instructions to Bidders. The minimum wages paid for all labor employed on this project shall be as established by the Secretary of Labor, Department of Labor and Industry, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and as tabulated in the Project Manual.
