This project includes the full renovation and additions for the three story McIntosh County courthouse located in Eufaula, OK. The additions consist of structural steel framing with full masonry veneer to match existing. There is a three story addition on the West and and single story vestibule entry on the East. The ground floor of the West addition is a CMU saferoom. The exterior of the existing building will be repaired and restored, replacing all windows and entries. The project will be completed in phases, starting with the new additions, then completing one level at a time on the interior renovations of the existing courthouse. As of August 3, 2023, Addenda #4 has been issued. Please be advised: Bid Package #6 Millwork – this scope of work has been removed and will bid at a later date once design documents and elements are completed.
