COMPLIANCE WITH FOLLOWING REQUIRED: Federal Davis-Bacon minimum wage rates under the contract (Davis Bacon Act)-applies to Prime and all subcontractors; Copeland "Anti-Kickback" Act; Fair Labor Standards Act and the Contractor work Hours and Safety Standards Act. Attention of bidders is called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and Federal prevailing wage rates to be paid under the contract, Section 3 of the 1968 Housing Act, Segregated Facility, Section 109 of the 1984 Housing and Community Development Act, and the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
