The improvement for which bids will be received is described below Removal and replacement of HVAC equipment listed below and provide all materials and work necessary at the Skagit Running Store located at 724 South First Street for the following: Skagit Running Store - Mount Vernon: Two 4-ton Gas Pack with AC must meet the following requirements: R410a Refrigeration, 208-230/60/1 Phase Electrical Configuration, new disconnects Transition Curb Adapters, Update necessary HVAC controls to support new rooftop HVAC equipment. Economizer The contractor shall provide a submittal for review for each piece of equipment to be installed and submit manufacturer's documentation to the City for approval to ensure it meets specifications. No HVAC Equipment shall be incorporated into the project unless approved and accepted by the City.
