The purpose of this solicitation is to solicit competitive sealed submittals to furnish TRAFFIC COUNTERS FOR PARKS AND TRAILS for Lake County, Florida. This solicitation is officially posted on the County's website exclusively. 2.0 POINT OF CONTACT Direct all inquiries to the Contracting Officer (official point of contact) listed: Gretchen Bechtel, CPPB, Contracting Officer Telephone: 352-343-9765 E-mail: Gretchen.bechtel@lakecountyfl.gov. Vendors must examine all solicitation documents including the General Terms and Conditions for Lake County Florida. All communication, inquiries, or requests for exceptions are to be directed to the Contracting Officer listed in Section 2.0. The last day for questions or requests for exceptions is 07/12/2023. An addendum may be issued in response to any inquiry received, which changes or clarifies the terms, provisions, or requirements of the solicitation. No answers given in response to questions submitted will be binding upon this solicitation unless released in writing as an addendum to the solicitation and posted on the website. Provide Chamber Electronics (or equal) pedestrian, bicycle, and vehicle traffic counters and associated data logging software, in conjunction with the Countys needs. Each station shall be installed by the Office of Parks and Trails. Traffic counts shall be available for download to PC by a USB lead. Software shall provide basic statistics, data tables, and graphical views of the data. This is an indefinite quantity contract with no guarantee that services will be required. The County does not guarantee a minimum or maximum dollar amount to be expended on any contract(s) resulting from this solicitation. All work performed shall be in strict compliance with the latest codes, standards, and practices and in accordance with Federal, State, and Local laws.
