Asphalt Seal Coat Road Project The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and accept the bid most advantageous to the Town. The Town of Gingles will accept bids for Asphalt Seal Coat road project for: Hegstrom Road (US Hwy 13 to Beaser Road) Alternate additional project: Pearce Road General - The work under this contract for the sealcoating of (primary segment) Hegstrom Road from St Hwy 13 to Beaser Road (1 3/4 mile segment), with an alternate proposal to include Pearce Road (1 1/2 mile segment) in the Town of Gingles, Ashland, Wisconsin shall be in accordance and shall comply with the requirements of the State of Wisconsin's DOT Standard Specifications for Highway and Structure Construction, Edition of 2014 Special Provisions. All quantities will be measured in English Units. Scope of Work - Work under the contract shall consist of a single coat asphaltic material with aggregate cover application and all incidental items necessary to complete the work. (There may be some pre-filling and patching prior to edge to edge seal coat application). The initial work shall be Hegstrom Road from St Hwy 13 to Beaser Road (1 1/4 mile) with additional work on Pearce Road (1 1/2 mile) depending on budget.
