Plans and Specifications have been filed in the office of the Clerk of the Township of Springfield, 100 Mountain Avenue, Springfield, New Jersey during business hours. Bidders will be furnished with a copy of the Contract Documents, Plans, and Specifications upon proper notice certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the form provided of not less than 10% of the amount of bid. Said check or bid bond may not be less than $500 nor shall it be more than $20,000 and must be accompanied by a Consent of Surety statement in the form provided from a Surety Company stating that the Surety Company will provide the bidder with a bond for 100% of the Contract amount in the event that the Contract is awarded to the bidder
