The project includes cleaning and CCTV of approximately 2,700 LF of gravity sewer pipe. The results of the CCTV investigation will be provided to the Engineer for evaluation. The Engineer will then provide specific direction regarding the rehabilitation or replacement of approximately 5,500 LF of 6-8" diameter of gravity sewer pipe, approximately 35 manholes, an estimated 11 point repairs, and estimated 25 sewer service reconnections, and all related appurtenances. Traditional open cut methods will be used in locations where trenchless methods are not an acceptable method of rehabilitation, and to install new/additional manholes. Trenchless methods include both cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) and pipe bursting. Work occurs in the right-of-way, off-road easements, and through/adjacent to private property.
