Provide flushing and inspection of 21,398 m of Sanitary Sewer and 268 maintenance holes and 23,624m of storm sewer and 369 maintenance holes (Appendix E and F) at the locations provided on the attached maps (Appendix G and H), with an assessment of the works completed, including but not limited to a detailed report listing all the deficiencies identified, their locations, priority of capital and operational replacements and repairs. Results of the inspections are to be integrated into the Town Geographical Information System (GIS) sanitary sewer system layer(s). The Town will be requesting to enter into an agreement with only one (1) legal entity per awarded contract. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year, with to extend the agreement, on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) years.
