The Agency has advised that they are rejecting the bids received for the Darnell Hills Parking Area Gravel Placement project due to the bids exceeding the budgeted amount. The Agency will not be re-bidding this project. This project will consist of leveling and grading of the parking area before the placement of gravel in order to insure proper drainage. Placement of a woven geotextile fabric will be required to help with subgrade reinforcement and drainage. And hauling and spreading 700 cubic yards of gravel road base. Questions received after 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on July 19, 2023, will not be addressed. Each bidder is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, if bid amount is greater than $150,000.00, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are going to submit an original 10% bid bond or submit a 10% cashier check Location. Darnell Hills parking area located East of Lovell in Big Horn County, WY. 4452'44.9"N 10817'36.4"W
