Interior Renovation At Tech Boston Academy Bids shall be submitted via the supplier portal or to the Awarding Authority, 2nd floor, 1216 Dorchester Avenue, Boston, MA 02125, before noon. SCOPE AND TERMS OF WORK Interior renovation at Tech Boston Academy, work to include but not limited to installation of wall, door, hardware, window, paint and base per attached plans and specifications. 1. This project is being bid as a Written Quote Contract and therefore cannot exceed $50,000.00, bond included. 2. BPS intends to award one contract for primary services at Tech Boston High School to the lowest, most responsive, and responsible bidder. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, materials, tools, and supplies as may be required to perform all work in accordance with the scope of work and terms and conditions set forth herein. The Contractor shall be responsible for carrying out the project up to $49,999. 3. Labor, supervision, equipment, materials, tools, trucks, wires, and supplies as may be required to perform work, as necessary. 4. At the end of each workday remove all discarded materials from the Project site. 5. All work will be completed in accordance with the Boston Public Schools Department of Planning and Engineering specifications attached to the Written Quote Contract. 6. The Contractor shall be familiar with and have the ability to perform all work associated with the requirements outlined below. 11. The Contract shall bid the work to be completed as specified and detailed in the specifications below. 12. The Contractors bid price shall include the following: Labor, and materials required to complete the work as requested up to $49,999. All costs for small tools, fuel, supplies, and/or any other items necessary to complete the work as specified and indicated on specifications whether such items as previously listed are owned by the Contractor or leased as needed for successful completion of the work of this project.
