This project is part of a cyclical bridge maintenance program for replacing the waterproofing membrane on six bridges in Niagara County. This would consist of milling the existing wearing course, installing a new waterproofing membrane and installing a new asphalt wearing course. Each Bidder shall include a bid security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid in the form a Bid Bond, certified check, bank cashier s check, or an irrevocable standby letter of credit from a bank, and subject to the conditions provided The County of Niagara reserves the right to waive any and all informalities in or to reject any or all bids.
