Existing supply and return ducts shall remain. o Remove and dispose of six existing AC (gas/electric) units. o Provide new heat pump package AC units with economizer. o Provide base rail for the new AC units. o Rework and modify sections of existing supply and return ducts, and bypass ducts, as required to accommodate installation of new AC units. o Remove and cap off sections of existing gas piping. o Rework and modify existing power wiring from existing disconnect switches to new AC unit power terminals. o Route new condensate drain piping. o Modify existing ALC controllers to accommodate new heat pump AC units with economizer including new graphics and programming. o Perform air balancing to AC units only. o Remove and reinstall existing duct smoke detectors. o Provide temporary portable AC units and accessories.
