Phenix City will waive permit fee. 3. A construction fence is not required. 4. No construction signs are required. There will be a need for signs for the Bathrooms and Janitor Closets 5. I new curb and gutter that matches existing is required where the driveway is being widened. 6. The only landscaping requirements are what is required to stabilize any areas demoed. 7. There are no storm drainage requirements. 8. The entire asphalt parking lot needs to be re-coated and restriped. 9. There is one handicapped spot at the front right parking space. 10. The existing handicapped ramps will need to be reworked. 11. The reworked privacy fence is to remain wood. Relocate or new sections are to match existing. 12. The existing night deposit box wall insert is to remain. The existing safe on the interior is to be removed from the closet. 13. There are no exterior lighting requirements. 14. Existing exterior recessed can lighting at the entrance and the exterior wall sconces are to remain. 15. The existing fire alarm system needs to be updated to meet current code. 16. All existing rooms, except for the exterior electrical room, are to be climate controlled. There will be a data closet. 17. The existing hvac system is deemed adequate to climatize the building. Please verify duct smoke detectors are installed with the fire alarm system. 18. All water heaters are existing. 19. No new hose bibbs are required.
