Install 2x4 wood Nailer to roofs perimeter. 4. Install 1.5" ISO to roof deck. (Mechanically fastened) 5. Mechanically fasten 50mil D-L or DLX. 6. Flash and seal all roof penetrations. 7. Install 2-pc compression metal to rake edges. 8. Install closure metal to eave over wood Nailer and install termination bar. 9. Remove all Job-related debris from job site. 10. Provide a 20-year NDL manufacturer’s warranty covering 100% material and labor. 11. 164’- 6” long 41’- 6” Approx. 7200 Square Foot The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
