DESCRIPTION: In general Town seeks to secure a qualified, licensed Contractor(s) to paint centerline pavement markings and intersection stop bars along Town arterial and collector roadways, including painted double yellow reflectorized centerline roadway markings and thermoplastic white reflectorized 18-inch stop bars. FINAL DATE OF INQUIRIES: Questions during the bidding process shall be directed to Steven Sullivan, Assistant Town Engineer, by email at ssullivan@chinoaz.net no later than Friday, July 20, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. Any bid received after the time specified will be returned unopened. It is the bidder's responsibility to assure proposals are received at the above location on or before the specified time. RIGHT TO REJECT BIDS: The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in a bid or to withhold the award for any reason the Town determines. The purpose of this IFB is to secure a qualified, licensed Contractor(s) to paint centerline pavement markings and intersection stop bars along Town arterial and collector roadways, including painted double yellow reflectorized centerline roadway markings and thermoplastic white reflectorized 18-inch stop bars (the "Services"), as more particularly described in the Scope of Work, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference. The resulting Contract(s) is/are intended to be an indefinite quantity and indefinite delivery contract(s) for the Services based on the Town's needs. The Town does not guarantee any minimum or maximum amount of Services will be requested by the Town pursuant to the Contract.
