SCOPE OF WORK: The proposed improvement is officially known as WAG installation 8452 which consists installation of a WAG port in 32 Patient/Treatment rooms. WAG ports to be installed to all state and local code requirements as well as NFPA 99. Contractor to include all removal and re-installation of affected building components and finishes to access piping to be concealed inside of walls. Ceiling, cabinets, tile/wall coverings are to be removed, reinstalled and restored as necessary. Sealing of all through wall penetrations of smoke/fire compartment assemblies will be provided/performed by Contractor according to UL penetration details appropriate for wall type and piping/penetration type. All questions/requests for clarification related to this Bid must be received in NGEM no later than the date and time listed on the Activities Tab 4:00:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 05, 2023.
