PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Phase 2 of the Concord Community Schools 2022 Bond will be comprised of two general areas of work: renovation and new addition. The renovation, starting summer of 2023, will yield various improvements across more than 14,000 sq ft within the Elementary and Middle School interiors. The new addition, called "Hive of Innovation & Creativity Building", will be completed in time for the 2024 school year, and provide a dynamic hub for multi-purpose use and development within its 7,000 sq ft footprint. With their efforts in renovations and new facilities, contractors will be pivotal in helping to advance Concord Public Schools for generations to come.
