The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) herein issuance solicitation 15BFA023B00000029 for the award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project entitled Replace Stairwell at the Federal Medical Center (FMC) Carswell, located in Fort Worth, TX. Federal Medical Center (FMC) Carswell, located in Fort Worth is a federal owned facility located at J St BLDG 3000, Fort Worth, TX 76127. The project consists of the following: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment for the Replace Stairwell at FMC Carswell. The project includes the removal of existing formed-concrete stairs and replace with steel-framed stairs and replace second floor walkways.
