The awarded contractor shall provide parts and labor for the following: 1. Provide Scully ST15 overfill protection or equivalent systems for four (4) loading racks/pumps 2. System shall have keyed override for testing and QA operations. 3. Provide connection for existing Thermistor sensors on fuel trucks, 30' coiled cord with pull-away socket connection. 4. Shall tie into existing control wiring. 5. System shall adhere to NFPA 407 and all other applicable codes. 6. Any additional equipment, labor, parts, etc to make a fully functional system. The mounting of the systems shall be as follows: 7. At the Main Fuel Farm, two units shall be mounted on a pole (pole provided by awarded contractor) side by side in between the two loading cabinets for Jet-A Operations. Outagamie County has the sole discretion and reserves the right to cancel this bid and to reject any and all bids received prior to award, to waive any or all informalities and or irregularities, or to re-advertise with either an identical or revised specification. Liquidated Damages: Failure to achieve full completion by October 31st will result in a $100 per calendar day liquidated damages penalty.
