Large-Size Water Line Cathodic Protection Repairs Protection assessments and repairs of 48-inch water line along Leopard Street, consisting of (13) proposed cathodic protection test stations. Contractor shall provide testing and commissioning of the proposed cathodic protection test station systems along with associated temporary storm water pollution protection and prevention measures, temporary traffic control, surface and groundwater control and site restoration. The Contractor will be responsible for furnishing and delivering special tools and materials necessary to provide hands-on training of City utility maintenance crews on the installation and maintenance of cathodic protection test stations. b. Protection assessments and repairs of 30-inch water line crossing the Cayo Del Oso, consisting of two (2) proposed cathodic protection test stations and proposed impressed current cathodic protection system, which includes a proposed rectifier, deep anode well and solar power system. The Contractor shall provide testing and commissioning of the proposed impressed cathodic protection system, solar power system and O&M training of City's utility maintenance crews, along with associated temporary storm water pollution protection and prevention measures, temporary traffic control, surface and groundwater control and site restoration. Special temporary protective measures and restoration requirements are also required at the Oso Wetlands Preserve.
